I would like to return my order. Do I have to bring all packages to the parcel store myself?Updated a year ago

If you only want to return a cover or a cushion, we will gladly send you a return label, which you can simply print out and attach to the package. 

For larger and heavier items such as our sofa or beanbag, we are happy to arrange a pickup via UPS for you.
