What are the return policies?Updated 4 months ago

Our first hope is that you are completely satisfied with your vetsak®. If this is not the case, you can return the product within 30 days. All returned items must be shipped to our partners in Los Angeles or New York, not to one of our showrooms. Please let us know via email at [email protected] to which city you would like to ship, and we'll send you the proper address.

Please also note that the shipping costs to our partners will not be covered by vetsak and are at the expense of the customer. The refund will be made using the same method as the one used during the purchase.

Please return the product without any signs of use and in the same condition as when you received it. If we notice signs of advanced or abnormal wear, we will be entitled to cancel the refund.
